Return/Refund Policy

We know you are going to love our products as much as we do! However, if you are not completely satisfied with the product you receive from Rock A Baby Wall Quotes, simply return the uninstalled product, in "NEW" condition, to us within 30 days of PURCHASE and, at your discretion, we will either:
  • remake your lettering at no charge, or
  • refund your entire purchase price (less shipping)
We cannot accept the return of any previously installed product. In addition, to request a refund of any kind, we MUST receive the product back in our offices, and we must be notified via email of the problem prior to the return. You will be issued a Return Merchandise Number, as well as directions on how to return your product. You may contact us at Info@RockaBabyWallQuotes.com to request this number. Packages returned without notifying us prior, and without a Return Merchandise Number will NOT be accepted.

We do understand there may mishaps during the installation process. If a letter or two is damaged during installation, let us know and we will send you the required replacement letters at no charge. For larger sections, we may ask for additional documentation in the form of pictures before sending a replacement. (Please do not discard the damaged decal until you have received a response from us.) Then, we simply ask that you pay the shipping charges again, if applicable.

While we prefer you use our free color samples prior to your purchase (request them HERE), to ensure the colors you choose will match your current decor, we realize this may not always be possible. Please contact us within 30 days of your purchase if the colors do not match, and we will work with you to come to a reasonable solution.
